- Mining Sirdar: Overman or Mining Sirdar Competency Certificate
- Electrician: ITI and min 1 year experience
- Colliery Engineer (Mechanical): Degree Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and min 1 year experience
- Electrical Foreman/ Supervisor: Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Electrical Supervisor (Mines) Certificate
- Medical Officer : MBBS
- Welfare Officer: Master of Social work/ Labour Welfare and min 3 yrs experience
