Qualification

• Senior Consultant: Master Degree in related subject and min 7-10 yrs experience
• Junior Consultant: Master Degree in related subject and min 5 yrs experience
• Consultant: Post Graduate in fields such as, mass communication, journalism, development studies, English literature, social work, sociology, public health, management, or any other relevant social science or humanities subject and min 5 years experience
• Research Associate: Post Graduate in fields such as public health, social work, development studies, sociology, gender studies, psychology, education, early childhood, statistics, economics, or any other relevant social science subject and min 2 yrs experience
• Training Associate: Post Graduate in fields such as public health, nursing, psychology, development studies, early childhood care and education, sociology, social work, gender studies, education, or any other relevant subject and min 2 yrs experience
• Senior Training Consultant: MBBS or higher qualification MD/Ph.D in Public Health, Family Medicine, Nursing, or related field and min 10 yrs experience
• Junior Training Consultant: MBBS or higher qualification MD/Ph.D in Public Health, Family Medicine, Nursing, or related field and min 5 yrs experience
• District Program Managers: Post Graduate in management, social work, public administration, development studies, sociology, education, early childhood, statistics, economics, or any other relevant social science subject and min 2 years experience
