Qualification

• Project Superintendent: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture and min 24 yrs experience
• Project Superintendent: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture and min 22 yrs experience
• Deputy General Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture and min 15 yrs experience
• Senior Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture and min 11 yrs experience
• Manager: MBBS OR Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical Engg/ Marine Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electronics Engg/ Civil Engg/ Naval Architecture OR Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) and min 8 yrs experience
• Deputy Manager: MBBS and min 5 yrs experience

Age Limit

• Project Superintendent: max 54 yrs
• Project Superintendent: max 52 yrs
• Deputy General Manager: max 48 yrs
• Senior Manager: max 45 yrs
• Manager: max 42 yrs
