- Security Officer: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification and min 5 years experience
- Private Secretary: Bachelor's Degree and min 3 yrs experience
- Estate Officer: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent with min 55% marks and min 5 yrs experience
