Qualification

• Deputy Manager: 4-year full time BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc.(Engg.) Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Chemical /Mechanical /Electrical/Civil/Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication stream/Computer Science/ Information Technology OR Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India and min 7 yrs experience
• Sr. Engineer: 4-year full time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication /Instrumentation stream with min 60% marks and min 5 yrs experience
• Officer/Engineer: 4-year full time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Communication /Instrumentation/Computer Science/Information Technology OR CA/CMA/ MBA/ Master Degree or Post Graduate Diploma equivalent with HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relation and min 3 yrs experience

• Deputy Manager: max 40 yrs
• Sr. Engineer: max 35 yrs
• Officer/Engineer: max 30 yrs
