- Consultant (Renal Transplant) Grade IV: M.Ch. /DNB Urology or equivalent
- Deputy Head Operations: MHA/MD(HA)/ or equivalent degree and min 10 yrs experience

- Sr. Transplant Coordinator: Graduate of any recognized system of medicine OR Nurse OR Bachelor's degree in any subject and Master's degree in Social work OR Psychiatry or Sociology or Social Science or Public Health and min 7 years experience
- Sr. Resident: MD/MS in the subject or equivalent degree in the subject
- Jr. Resident: MBBS and min 1 year experience
- Assistant Manager Nurse: B.Sc. in Nursing and min 7 years experience / or M.Sc. in Nursing (Hepatology/ Liver Critical care/ liver transplantation) and 5 years experience
