- Social Worker (DEIC): Post Graduate in Social Work or Graduate with sociology as one of the subject or an equivalent
- IFM (Imm.): XIIth Science and min 5 yrs experience
- Driver (PM): High School certificate and Permanent driving license of light motor vehicle
- Radiologist (HR): MD in Radiology or Diploma in Radiology
- Medical Officer (DEIC/SNCU): MBBS
