- Assistant Manager : B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg)/ AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology/ Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Fire Engg. / Safety & Fire Engg or equivalent and 2 yrs experience OR MBA OR PG Diploma in Materials Management/CA or CMA and 2 yrs experience
- Manager: B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg)/ AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology and 9 yrs experience OR MBA OR PG Diploma in Materials Management and 9 yrs experience
- Chief Manager: B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg)/ AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology and 17 yrs experience OR MBA/CA or CMA OR PG Diploma in Materials Management/HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and 17 yrs experience
